Alan Carr is set to go head-to-head with Jonathan Ross and Piers Morgan in the TV schedules.
The wonky-toothed funnyman -- who latterly landed his own new World chat show with Channel 4 in a �3 million ($6m) deal -- testament be now competing with Ross on BBC1 and Morgan's new ITV chatfest.
Carr, 32 -- already co-host of the Sunday Night Project -- is expected to give his aged rivals a run for their money.
A Channel 4 insider tells Britain's News of The World newspaper, "Jonathan and Piers ar from a different generation -- Alan is the TV boldness of the future.
"He'll ask celebrities questions the other two will be afraid to. All the signs are he'll be brilliant."
His rivals are already at each other�s throats--with Ross, 47, blasting Morgan as "sculpted from lard" and Piers, 43, calling him "smarmy".
